L3 Specialist – Virtualized Environments

Location: Singapore
Working Hours: 5 x 24 Shift Operations
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced L3 Specialist – Virtualized Environments to provide advanced technical support and administration for Citrix and Microsoft Azure environments within a large-scale IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for Citrix on-premises, Citrix Cloud and Azure environments.

• Troubleshoot complex incidents, service requests and infrastructure issues.

• Administer, maintain, upgrade and patch Citrix/Azure infrastructure.

• Manage Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, StoreFront, Provisioning Services, ADC/NetScaler and Citrix Cloud.

• Perform architectural changes and infrastructure improvements.

• Monitor system performance, stability and availability.

• Handle technical escalations with Citrix, Microsoft and HP.

• Automate tasks and deployments using PowerShell, SCCM and/or Chef.

• Support Windows, VDI and related infrastructure, including hardware and SSL certificates.

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and third-party suppliers.

• Participate in technical meetings, maintenance activities, knowledge sharing and service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.

• 6+ years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in Citrix administration.

• Strong hands-on experience in Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp and Windows environments.

• Good knowledge of Citrix Cloud, Azure, VMware/XenServer, StoreFront and ADC/NetScaler.

• Strong IT infrastructure knowledge covering servers, networking, authentication, patching and Windows systems.

• Proficient in PowerShell and infrastructure automation.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in large, globally distributed organisations is preferred.

• Citrix/Microsoft certifications are an advantage.

Working Hours

Rotating shifts:

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Weekend and Public Holiday on-call support is required.
