Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm
Night/weekend work may be required depending on service needs (Payable)

Job Responsibilities
Carry out servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems
Liaise with clients on service and maintenance matters
Lead and guide a team of technicians on daily operations
Support supervisor in planning and assigning service tasks
Ensure timely completion of maintenance and service works
Manage client expectations and maintain good customer relationships
Ensure all works comply with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations
Assist with any other technical duties when required
Requirements
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in security systems
Hands-on experience with CCTV, access control, and alarm systems preferred
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
