Full Time Technical Service Engineer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in REVCON ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical installation for on-site installation and online calls.
• Provide on-site service and support to customers; not limited to local customers. For instance, problem verification, solution, and checking defective items to investigate and repair.
• Set up, configure, and commission our products for customers.
• Handles technical inquiries and requests for quotations on technical services.
• Produce relevant reports for all work relating to on-site problems such as root cause analysis, service report, commissioning report, etc.
• Handle customer service calls on defective products and preventive maintenance.
• Support the sales team in providing technical solutions to meet customers' needs.
• In addition to these duties/responsibilities, employees are required to carry out such duties as may reasonably be required.

Requirements:

• Good time management.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills in technical and product management.

The principal activities of the company consist of engineering design, sales and Consultancy Services in engineering management and clean energy system.
