Full Time Manager, Product - Client Services – Silver Life Segment Jobs, in Maybank Singapore - Maukerja

Support the Head, Product & Client Services in developing, delivering and maintaining the banking products and service solutions for the Silver Life segment. The Manager executes the day-to-day product development, campaign delivery, sales enablement and performance tracking that help grow segment AUM, revenue and product penetration.

• Support the design and delivery of Silver Life banking products and services
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Execute go-to-market plans, campaigns and product-introduction initiatives
• Drive initiatives to enhance client journey and overall customer experience.
• Review client feedback, service metrics, and market insights to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement service standards and best practices to improve client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and ongoing service delivery.
• Partner with sales and distribution teams to support product positioning and client engagement activities.
• Prepare business cases, presentations, and performance reports for management review.

Job Requirement :

• Degree holder with at least 5–7 years’ experience in Banking
• 3–5 years in Wealth Management / affluent (Mass / Mass Affluent) segment
• Product management, product development or campaign execution experience preferred
• Execution excellence with strong attention to detail
• Good understanding of the wealth lifecycle, retirement and income products
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management
• Analytical, data-driven mindset
• Client-centric problem solving
