About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Aesthetic & Wellness Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will conduct skin analysis, understand clients' concerns and goals, and recommend suitable aesthetic treatments, spa therapies, wellness programs, and skincare solutions. If you enjoy helping clients look better, feel better, and gain confidence while achieving sales targets, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional skin analysis and consultations to identify clients' concerns, skin conditions, and aesthetic goals.
• Recommend suitable aesthetic treatments, spa therapies, wellness programs, and skincare products based on the client's needs.
• Explain treatment benefits, expected results, treatment plans, and pricing clearly and professionally.
• Welcome clients and provide a positive, professional, and personalized experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Promote treatment packages, memberships, and retail products in line with clients' goals and needs.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Coordinate closely with beauticians, therapists, and operational teams to ensure a seamless client journey.
• Maintain accurate client consultation records and treatment recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends, products, treatments, and technologies within the aesthetic and wellness industry.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in aesthetics, beauty, spa, wellness, skincare, retail, or sales is preferred.
• Ability to perform skin analysis and provide appropriate treatment and skincare recommendations.
• Knowledge of skincare products, aesthetic treatments, and wellness services will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in conducting client consultations and closing sales.
• Sales-driven with a strong customer service mindset.
• Well-groomed, professional, and passionate about beauty and wellness.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays based on operational requirements.
