About the Role

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our team as a Protégé Trainee – Multimedia & Project Support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Based at HQ with site visits to project locations to capture photos, videos, and media documentation
• Provide multimedia, video/audio editing, and visual content support for project and corporate needs
• Assist in creating, formatting, and refining digital media assets, site progress presentations, and promotional materials
• Support the layout, formatting, and visual presentation of official project documents and reports
• Assist in managing, organizing, and archiving digital media assets, site photos, and video files systematically
• Attend site/project meetings and assist in preparing accurate meeting minutes when required
• Carry out any other project and multimedia support duties assigned by the superior from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, Creative Media, Video Production, Interactive Design, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or related field is an added advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with multimedia software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva) is a plus
• Willing to travel / visit project sites whenever required
