Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our client in supporting the day-to-day HR operations of a public healthcare institution. The successful candidate will work closely with employees, managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of HR services.
Provide administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, confirmations and offboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and update HR information systems.
Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination and pre-employment documentation.
Respond to employees' HR-related enquiries and provide timely follow-up.
Support leave, attendance, claims and other employee administration processes.
Assist with preparation of HR reports, statistics and management information.
Coordinate staff orientation, training and other HR programmes.
Support annual HR processes such as performance appraisal and salary review exercises.
Ensure HR documentation and processes comply with organisational policies and relevant requirements.
Undertake other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Management or a related discipline.
Prior HR or administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or public-sector environment, will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Able to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
Comfortable working independently as well as with different teams and stakeholders.
Exposure to HR operations within a public healthcare environment.
