Full Time System Support Engineer (Client Management) (P1) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in ELITEZ PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Engineering role with strong client & stakeholder management exposure

• Oversee system performance, compliance & service delivery

• Be the key point of contact to resolve system and operational issues

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery, performance and lifecycle management of systems deployed to clients.

• Act as a key point of contact between clients, vendors and internal engineering/support teams.

• Coordinate and follow up on system issues, ensuring timely troubleshooting and resolution.

• Monitor system performance, KPIs and SLAs to ensure service requirements are met.

• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, policies, directives and quality requirements.

• Support asset, maintenance and lifecycle management, including hardware, software, spares and obsolescence.

• Coordinate cybersecurity requirements, including vulnerability tracking, mitigation and patch management.

• Support project activities including planning, resource coordination, progress monitoring and documentation.

• Ensure systems remain available, reliable and operationally ready.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline with less than 3 years of relevant experience

• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Good understanding of system management, governance, compliance and service delivery.

• Able to manage issues independently and coordinate effectively with multiple parties.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
