Responsibilities
Project Coordination:
Track consulting project timelines, manage milestones, and ensure deliverables are submitted to clients on time.
Calendar & Schedule Management:
Coordinate complex calendars, schedule client consultations, align team meetings, and arrange travel logistics.
Client Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact for client queries, take detailed meeting minutes, and draft project correspondences.
Process Optimization:
Analyze existing administrative workflows and recommend or implement tools (like CRM or project management software) to improve operational efficiency.
Documentation & Data Management:
Prepare, format, and organize confidential consulting agreements, project proposals, reports, and presentations.
Financial Administration:
Oversee project invoicing, track billable consultant hours, manage expense reports, and follow up on client payments.
