Brief Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Consultant/PMO to facilitate the launch and execution of strategic projects, acting as a liaison between regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project management and PMO functions for transformation initiatives.
• Support the planning and execution of digital transformation and operational enhancement projects.
• Prepare comprehensive executive reports, presentations, and relevant project documentation in Japanese.
• Foster communication and collaboration between local and international stakeholders in Japanese.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to assess business challenges and devise effective solutions.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, PMO, business transformation, digital transformation, or related roles.
• Proven capability in managing cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Experience in direct collaboration with senior management is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Japanese language to communicate with Japanese speaking stakeholders and Japan HQ.
