Intern – Laboratory and Chemistry Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in BARAT OLEOCHEM SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Laboratory & Chemistry Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in the chemical industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the laboratory team in daily laboratory activities and routine testing.
• Conduct basic chemical and laboratory analysis under supervision.
• Assist with sample preparation, testing and recording of laboratory results.
• Perform quality control checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain proper laboratory records and documentation.
• Assist in maintaining laboratory cleanliness, safety and good housekeeping.
• Follow laboratory procedures, safety requirements and company guidelines.
• Support the laboratory team in other testing and chemical-related activities as required.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Applied Chemistry or a related field.
• Must be able to commit to a 6-month internship.
• Strong interest in working in the chemical industry.
• Basic knowledge of chemistry and laboratory procedures.
• Willing to learn and gain hands-on experience in an industrial laboratory environment.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to follow instructions.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.

Internship Duration: 6 Months
Working Location: Pelabuhan Klang, Selangor

Pay: RM800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
