Full Time Sales Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in SECAI MARCHE SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by acquiring new HoReCa customers and growing existing accounts.
• Manage the complete sales cycle including,
• Lead Generation
• Customer Meetings
• Product / Sales Pitching
• Quotation
• Closing
• Order Processing
• After-sales Support
• Payment Collection
• Build strong long-term relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, caterers, and other foodservice customers.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-up on all sales opportunities using company CRM tools.
• Ensure timely payment from customers.
• Understand customer’s business needs and recommend suitable products, menu solutions, promotions, or seasonal offerings.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Operations (Warehouse / Logistics), Customer Success and Finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment and good customer service.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing movements and customer feedback, providing regular market insights to management.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by responding promptly to enquiries, complaints, and service issues.
• Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
