Full Time Boilerman Jobs, in CAB Cakaran Sdn. Bhd. Melaka - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain equipment in boiler hours, specifically boiler to ensure consistent steam supply to production.
• Control and monitor boiler machine, including upkeep boiler operation data and safety aspect and compliance to factory and machinery act.
• To perform daily inspections and maintenance, preventive maintenance to ensure boiler are in good running condition.
• Attend to boiler breakdown as top priority and carry out the repair work efficiently.
• To make necessary preparations for annual boiler inspection by the relevant authorities.
• Assist in monitoring and updating boiler spare part purchase.
• Make small repairs and adjustment when needed.
• To assist in order and ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma in Mechanical or related certificate.
• At least 3 years related working experience in manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
• Candidate must possess Boilerman Grade 1 & Grade 2 certificate from DOSH.
• Experience in quality systems and standards ISO 9001:2008, HACCP, Halal, OSH & GMP will be an advantage.
• Able to write and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess strong commitment, good communication skills, able to work independently and self-motivated.
• Willing to work on shifts.
• Applicant must be willing to work at Masjid Tanah, Malacca.
