Full Time Fractional Compliance Counsel (Health Tech MNC) Jobs, in NOVA8 - Maukerja

We’re working with a leading multinational HealthTech organisation operating at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and regulation, delivering comprehensive health and wellness services across APAC, who is seeking an experienced Compliance Counsel, on a fractional basis.

About the Job:

The role will support compliance matters across IP, Data Privacy, ESG, AML, ABC and Conflicts of Interest, along with corporate secretarial matters for the group.

You will be part of a dynamic legal and compliance function supporting a multinational HealthTech organisation across APAC. This role will be based in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance Advisory. Manage compliance matters spanning Intellectual Property, Data Privacy, ESG, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC), and Conflicts of Interest (COI).
• Corporate Secretarial Support. Handle corporate secretarial matters for the group, including entity management and governance documentation.
• Regulatory Alignment. Ensure compliance frameworks and internal policies stay aligned with applicable laws across the jurisdictions the group operates in.

Requirements:

• 7 to 10 years of experience in compliance, gained in a law firm and/or in-house environment.
• Experience in healthcare compliance is a preferred.
• Based in Malaysia; open to fractional/part-time arrangements.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate compliance risk into clear, practical guidance for business stakeholders.
