Equipment & System Upkeep

• Mechanical & Electrical (M&E): Oversee generators, switchboards, and lighting systems.
• Water & Plumbing: Manage water tanks, booster pumps, and sewerage systems to prevent floods or pipe bursts.
• Lifts & Fire Safety: Ensure the fire alarm, sprinklers, and elevators work and pass legal safety checks.

Reporting & Safety

• Fault Handling: Quickly fix daily resident complaints (e.g., power outages or leaks).
• Compliance: Make sure the building follows local safety and fire codes.
• Documentation: Write daily and monthly reports on building conditions and repairs.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
