About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director, you will play a key supporting role in advancing integrated pathology services across SingHealth institutions. From blood bank laboratory harmonisation to digital pathology adoption, you will work alongside senior clinical leaders and cross-institutional stakeholders to help deliver high-quality, future-ready pathology services.


What You'll Do

  • Support cluster-wide specialist manpower planning, deployment frameworks, and succession planning across SingHealth institutions
  • Coordinate the integration and harmonisation of blood bank laboratory services, including standardisation of policies, workflows, and information systems built on WellSky LIS and EPIC NGEMR platforms
  • Assist in developing and tracking service strategies for new and expanded pathology services, with regular KPI monitoring and reporting
  • Support the implementation of the digital pathology roadmap, including workflow redesign, change management, and capability development for clinical and operational teams
  • Assist with HR coordination, training records, and budget data consolidation for SIPS

Job requirements:

  • Degree in healthcare, biomedical sciences, public health, health administration, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in healthcare operations, pathology services, or cluster-level service management
  • Demonstrated experience in manpower planning and service development
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical capabilities
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proactive and meticulous individual with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
