Full Time Waiter Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,300 in Two Palms Trading - Maukerja

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and explain Arabic/Middle Eastern dishes, ingredients, portion sizes, and available options.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly according to restaurant service standards.
• Recommend suitable dishes, beverages, desserts, and add-on items when appropriate.
• Check on customers during their meals and respond promptly to additional requests.
• Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and refer serious matters to the supervisor or manager.
• Prepare tables before service and clear, clean, and reset tables after customers leave.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, tables, chairs, menus, and related equipment.
• Coordinate with kitchen, cashier, and other service staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Assist with takeaway and delivery orders when required.
• Follow food hygiene, personal hygiene, safety, and restaurant SOP requirements.
• Ensure bills and orders are correctly assigned to the appropriate tables.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Carry out other reasonable duties related to restaurant operations when required.
