Location: Fort Canning / Downtown / Clarke Quay

Duration: 1 year contract

Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon-Fri) with 1.5-hour lunch break

Salary: Up to $3500 + 1 month completion bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle asset transfers for local and foreign markets, including related operational risks and escalations.
• Manage SG Securities Borrowing & Lending (SBL) and trade affirmations.
• Process scripless conversion requests and share transfers.
• Respond to queries from clients, trade representatives and relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with counterparties and custodians on transaction matters.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and proper documentation.
• Review and streamline processes to improve efficiency and controls.
• Collate proxy instructions and prepare forms for submission to relevant authorities.
• Process physical share certificate deposits for Singapore and foreign markets.
• Support ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Banking/Finance with proficiency in Advanced MS Excel (VBA, Macros), Words, PowerPoint
