Role

Our Customer Care team plays a dynamic and important role in the running of our centre. We are looking for candidates that combines strong relationship-building skills with operational excellence. Our Customer Care team is the key daily point of contact for parents, students and teachers. If you love to engage with parents and children and are thorough and organised, this is the role for you. We are looking for both full-time and part-time candidates to join our team.

Responsibilities

Front of House

• Welcome parents and students, manage front desk operations and provide good customer experience
• Foster good relationships with parents and students

Manage leads and enquiries

• Conduct centre tours and programme briefings for parents as required
• Follow up on leads and enquiries in a timely manner

Administration

• Support daily requirements such as centre-opening and closing, upkeep of centre equipment and premises, and room set-up for programmes.
• Handle correspondence with parents professionally and promptly.

What we are looking for:

• Rotating roster with at least one weekend day per week. Centre hours: Mon–Fri 8:30 am – 8:00 pm · Sat–Sun 8:30 am – 7:00 pm.
• A happy, driven, energetic mindset
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Prior experience in education, enrichment, childcare, or customer-facing environments is helpful
• Comfort and experience working with CRM systems
