Job Title: Platform Infrastructure Engineer – AWS & DevSecOps

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on AWS Platform Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, automate and operate secure, scalable cloud platforms. The role will focus on AWS, Infrastructure-as-Code, DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability and cloud governance across greenfield and brownfield environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, CloudFormation or equivalent.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions or AWS CodePipeline.
• Support SHIP/HATS or similar DevSecOps platforms.
• Manage AWS networking, IAM, security, monitoring and operational resilience.
• Implement observability using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, AWS Config, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry or Dynatrace.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server and RHEL environments on AWS.
• Support cloud governance, security, compliance, vulnerability remediation and audits.
• Handle incident response, troubleshooting, RCA, patching and platform reliability.
• Create technical documentation and collaborate with security, architecture, infrastructure and business stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant cloud/platform/DevOps/infrastructure experience.
• Strong hands-on AWS experience.
• Strong Terraform/CloudFormation and CI/CD experience.
• Experience with GitLab and infrastructure source-code management.
• Good knowledge of AWS networking, IAM, security and monitoring.
• Experience with Windows Server and RHEL.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer or SysOps Administrator.
• Docker/Kubernetes, ECS/EKS experience.
• Experience in regulated or Government cloud environments.
• ITIL, SRE, DevSecOps or vendor management experience.
