Responsibilities
️
Working location: Tai Seng
️Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm
️Salary: up to $3,500
Job Duties:
Report to Crewing Manager and support crewing department with fleet of vessels.
Arrange for interview, medical check-up, travel, lodging, joining briefing, PPE etc. for seafarers.
Arrange for and verify seafarers’ licences, permits, certificates and documentation.
Apply for Seafarers COE/CRA and Tanker Endorsement from respective vessel’s flag .
Keep record of monthly Crewing and Training documents
Prepare and check Crewing Department monthly invoices
Prepare and brief seafarers on their employment contracts, company policies and procedures.
Liaise with seafarer recruitment and manning agencies.
Ensure and maintain confidentiality.
Any other tasks as assigned.
Requirement:
At least 2 years of crew management for FG and FSU vessels with multinational crew.
Experience in crewing, offshore manpower, maritime, oil & gas, or a similar environment.
Able to work well both independently and in a team.
