Responsibilities
Sales Management
- Plan and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and seasonal sales targets
- Oversee all retail channels (physical stalls, pop-ups, online platforms).
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to optimise product offerings and pricing.
- Manage promotions and campaigns in collaboration with marketing team
- Build and maintain customer relationships, including corporate and bulk orders.
- Manage daily retail stall operations, including manpower deployment, cleanliness, setup, and closing.
- Coordinate procurement, inventory management, and storage to ensure quality and freshness.
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners for timely delivery and restocking.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene
- Supervise stock-taking, wastage control, and reporting.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Maintain high standards of service and product quality.
- Train staff in product knowledge, sales etiquett.
