Full Time Funds Paralegal (International Law Firm) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,000 in THE SR GROUP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

An international law firm is looking for a paralegal to join their Funds team in their Singapore office. You will be involved with the preparation and management of fund documentation, transaction closings, legal research, regulatory filings and fund vehicle registrations. The team works on both fund formation and downstream matters. 

Requirements:

• You have an LLB or Diploma in Law/Legal Studies
• You come from a corporate practice area either from a law firm or in-house. If you are from a Funds team in a law firm, you will be prioritised. 
• Any familiarity with PPM, LPA and IMA documentation is highly advantageous. 
• You have good communication skills and able to handle multiple ongoing deadlines.
• You are driven and committed to delivering excellent service to clients.
