About the Roles

Join our team as a Sales Engineer (Electrical Solutions) with a leading manufacturing and production organisation based in Central, near Toa Payoh MRT. This permanent position offers a structured Monday to Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, along with a competitive salary package comprising basic salary, allowance, and bonus. You will receive professional training while developing specialised engineering expertise and supporting customers with innovative electrical solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Receive comprehensive training to build strong technical knowledge and engineering capabilities.
• Manage relationships with key customers, including multinational companies, government agencies, and engineering consultancy firms.
• Collaborate with experienced sales engineers to deliver effective technical solutions and contribute to business expansion.
• Explore and develop new business opportunities for the company’s products in Singapore and regional markets.
• Provide engineering guidance and recommend suitable solutions to customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Support additional operational tasks and assignments when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering; candidates with qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related disciplines may also be considered.
• Have relevant project management experience preferred; candidates without prior experience are welcome as training will be provided.
• Demonstrate proficiency in CAD drafting and the ability to read and understand engineering drawings, including AutoCAD drawings.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an understanding of sales-related activities.
• Show initiative, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn and develop.
