Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and building facilities.
• Repair Building air-conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and general building issues.
• Inspect and maintain equipment, machinery, and company facilities to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for maintenance and repair works.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with maintenance standards.
• Maintain company vehicles, hostel, and common areas in good condition.
• Carry out routine inspections and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizens only.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience (hotel/building/facilities preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
• Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Able to work overtime when required.
