We’re Hiring: Market Outreach Specialist

Are you a natural relationship builder who enjoys creating opportunities, opening doors, and connecting the right people with the right solutions?

We’re looking for a Market Outreach Specialist to help us expand our market presence, build meaningful relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

• Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and industry contacts
• Develop and manage outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, events, and other channels
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Research new markets, industries, and opportunities for growth
• Qualify leads and create a strong pipeline of potential opportunities
• Represent the company at networking events, industry forums, and meetings
• Work closely with the commercial and leadership teams to convert market insights into opportunities
• Track outreach activities, engagement, and results

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident reaching out to new people and building relationships from scratch
• Commercially curious with a strong interest in markets, customers, and business development
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and other digital channels for professional outreach
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong research, organization, and follow-up skills
• Previous experience in business development, sales, marketing, partnerships, recruitment, or market research is a plus
