Job Description

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach strategies that drive growth
• Support the development and execution of business growth strategies aligned with the organisation's short and long-term objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to drive sustainable long-term business success
• Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to support client acquisition and retention efforts effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams across Operations, Marketing, and HR to ensure seamless business development execution at every stage
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to continuously identify opportunities for business growth
• Track and report on business development performance metrics and pipeline progress for management review and strategic planning
• Represent the organisation at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings with confidence and professionalism

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Training will be provided

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
