Job description:

• Provide continuous technical support via telephone, Email and Onsite Support related to CMS / M&R hardware issue.
• Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services and ensure all service cases are fully attended within expected timeline .
• Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Employ good interpersonal and communication skills to solve customer’s problem.
• Identify the level of technical knowledge and adjust technical communications to solve customer’s problem
