Job Description*
- Support quality and inspection activities on the production floor
- Assist in identifying defects and understanding root causes. Familiar with basic problem-solving and root cause analysis methods (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram)
- Create simple inspection checklists based on engineering drawings
- Compile data and assist in basic analysis and reporting
- Support audits and documentation preparation
- Take part in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives
- Students in Engineering or related disciplines
- Curious and interested in how things are made and improved
- Familiar using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
- Detail-oriented with good communication
