Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments.
• Record customer interactions and update CRM systems.
• Follow up on outstanding customer requests.
• Meet customer-service quality and productivity targets.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Support team performance and service-level objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Previous customer-service or contact-centre experience is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and active-listening abilities.
• Comfortable working with computers and CRM systems.
• Customer-focused, patient, and professional.
• Able to work rotating shifts when required.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month
