Full Time Accountant, Consolidation (12-month contract) Jobs, in Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd - Maukerja

This position will be responsible for the full spectrum of finance functions in accordance with statutory requirements, company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts of a fund and accurate reporting of financial matters such as management reports, financial statements, analysis of results, budgeting and forecasting, EVA, audit schedules, intercompany reconciliation as well as checking of payment records.
• Supports management reporting for the fund through the preparation of monthly management reports, analysis and forecasts.
• Work closely with internal centres of excellence and review the work submitted.
• Liaise with local finance teams based in overseas for monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities.
• Supports activities in relation to the administration of the fund including but not limited to the prepration of capital account statements, distributions etc.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects at both the Group and BU level.

Job Requirements

• CPA/CA qualification and/or Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant hands-on experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Able to communicate effectively with local stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP and Tagetik consolidation system would be advantageous.
• Responsible, meticulous, analytical, organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
