Job Description

• Coordinate scheduling and calendar planning for virtual and physical events including career fairs, client events and engagement sessions
• Manage communications with vendors, clients and internal teams to ensure smooth event coordination
• Maintain organised digital and physical documentation for event planning and records
• Support end-to-end event execution from concept planning to on-site delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver events aligned with brand objectives
• Coordinate event logistics including venue booking, catering, virtual platforms and technical support
• Prepare event agendas, record meeting notes and follow up on action items
• Compile post-event summaries and insights to evaluate event performance and improvements

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Training will be provided

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,600.00 per month
