Key Responsibilities:

• Engage In-House Inquiries: Connect with provided, qualified inquiries to spark meaningful financial conversations and book initial consultations.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor, conducting holistic policy reviews and delivering customized wealth management solutions.
• Practice Optimization: Utilize modern CRM workflows, scheduling systems, and digital tools to run a efficient remote/hybrid practice.
• Community & Events: Participate in and lead client appreciation workshops, educational seminars, and team engagement initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Currently licensed / experienced Financial Consultants looking to upgrade their client acquisition model (or driven candidates seeking a structured platform shift).
• Passed all SCI papers
• Minimum Diploma / A-Levels / Degree qualifications.
• Strong interpersonal skills, high self-drive, and a desire to build a scalable long-term career.
