Full Time Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical - Electrical Services Jobs, in Exypnos Engineering Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

Claim Submission:

• Prepare, review, and submit claims for mechanical and electrical services in accordance with contractual requirements.

• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for claims.

• Negotiate and resolve any disputes relating to claims with clients or subcontractors.

Tender Preparation:

• Analyze project specifications and prepare accurate tenders for mechanical and electrical works.

• Estimate the costs for labor, materials, and equipment required for M&E services.

• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance in tender submissions.

Cost Control & Management:

• Monitor project expenditure, manage cost control, and provide accurate financial reporting.

• Prepare cost reports, valuations, and forecasts for M&E projects.

• Identify potential cost savings and risk mitigation strategies.

Contract Administration:

• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts for M&E services.

• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide advice on contractual matters and assist in the resolution of disputes.

Project Coordination:

• Work closely with project teams to ensure that all financial aspects of M&E projects are in line with company objectives.

• Attend meetings and provide updates on financial status and progress of M&E services.
