Full Time Order Planning Clerk Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in Next Logistics Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders accurately.
• Check order details, quantity, delivery date, and stock availability.
• Enter and update orders in the company ERP/WMS/system.
• Prepare daily order lists and planning schedules.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Operations teams on order preparation.
• Follow up on pending, incomplete, or delayed orders.
• Update order status and inform the supervisor of any issues.
• Assist in checking stock availability before order confirmation.
• Coordinate with Transport/Logistics team on delivery arrangements.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of orders.
• Prepare simple daily or weekly order reports.
• Assist in handling urgent or last-minute order changes.
• Communicate with Customer Service, Sales, Warehouse, and other departments when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 0–2 years of experience in order processing, logistics, warehouse, administration, or related work is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Able to learn ERP/WMS systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to learn and able to work as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
