This role is responsible for supporting daily e-commerce fulfilment and operations, including order processing, product listing management, stock receiving and inventory control, and fulfilment coordination, to ensure accurate order fulfilment, stock availability, and smooth e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-Commerce Order Fulfilment
- Process and fulfil e-commerce orders accurately and within required service standards and cut-off times.
- Perform order picking, packing and preparation for delivery or collection.
- Monitor order status and follow up on fulfilment issues, including stock shortages, incorrect items, damaged goods, failed deliveries and other order discrepancies.
2. Product Listing & Marketplace Support
- Manage and maintain product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, SKU and stock availability.
- Support marketplace and e-commerce promotional activities by ensuring product availability, stock allocation and fulfilment readiness during campaign periods.
3. Inventory & Stock Management
- Perform stock receiving & putaway activities, including verification of incoming and outgoing goods against relevant documents, checking product quantity, condition and expiry dates, and updating inventory records in the system.
- Conduct monthly stock expiry checks to ensure proper stock rotation, inventory quality and compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock counts and reconciliation between physical stock and system inventory.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged products, expired/near-expiry items and other inventory-related issues to the relevant supervisor.
4. Stock Requisition & Coordination
- Coordinate stock requisitions from the warehouse and suppliers to support daily e-commerce operations.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment to ensure sufficient inventory for order fulfilment.
5. Documentation, Compliance & Other
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of fulfilment, receiving, stock movement, return and inventory-related records for operational tracking and audit purposes.
- Ensure all fulfilment activities comply with company SOPs, marketplace requirements and relevant product handling guidelines.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer and laptop skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willing to work on Saturdays on a rotational basis.
