We seek Senior Interior Designers to lead renovation projects for residential and commercial spaces, driving sales and client satisfaction through effective communication and proactive project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead renovation design projects for residential and commercial clients, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Communicate design concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders to align expectations and secure approvals
• Drive sales by identifying client needs and proposing tailored interior design solutions
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution
• Demonstrate self-motivation by proactively resolving project challenges and maintaining high work standards
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude to foster teamwork and client trust throughout project lifecycles

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Qualification and experience in Interior Design
