Job Position: Finance Executive

Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in managing the company’s daily finance and accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare invoices, payments, receipts and financial documents.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper accounting records.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management accounts.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and other relevant parties.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
