About The Job
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound pipeline across Malaysia and international markets. This is a hands-on inside sales/outbound role focused on identifying target accounts, engaging security and technology decision-makers, qualifying opportunities and generating qualified meetings.
The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of B2B sales, SDR, business development or lead generation experience, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, DevOps or technology. Strong cold-calling, LinkedIn/email outreach, prospecting and pipeline-generation experience is important.
You will engage senior stakeholders including CISOs, CTOs, Security Leaders, Engineering and DevOps teams and work closely with the sales team to convert qualified opportunities.
About The Manager/team
You will work closely with an experienced, high-performing sales and go-to-market team within a fast-growing cybersecurity business. The team works across Malaysia and international markets, with close collaboration between Sales, Account Executives and Marketing.
This is a remote-first environment with international exposure, where you will have the opportunity to develop expertise across cybersecurity, AI and enterprise technology while playing a direct role in building the company's sales pipeline.
