Customer Experience & Gym Membership Head

• Manage the daily operations of Peak 360 Gym.
• Oversee front desk, membership administration and customer service.
• Develop membership packages and renewal strategies.
• Monitor membership numbers, cancellations and retention.
• Manage gym opening and closing procedures.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and servicing.
• Implement health, safety and operational procedures.
• Manage suppliers and service providers.
• Develop customer experience standards.
• Train and supervise operational staff.
• Prepare monthly operational reports.
• Monitor operating costs and revenue.
• Coordinate gym events and member activities.
• The Employee is required to conduct a minimum of 150 sessions per monthas a key performance indicator (KPI).
