About The Job.

As a Customer Service Executive, you will manage end-to-end sales order processing and supply chain execution to ensure seamless delivery performance.

• Manage customer orders, sales order issuance, and purchase orders in line with material requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material requirement plans to prevent supply disruptions or excess stock.
• Work alongside production, procurement, and logistics teams to facilitate smooth material flow and meet schedule timelines.
• Communicate order status updates, resolve customer inquiries, and handle backorders effectively.
• Maintain accurate transaction records within Tier-1 ERP systems while tracking key metrics like order fulfillment and inventory turnover.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required.

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in customer order processing, material planning, procurement, or supply chain execution.
• Strong background working in manufacturing environments with a solid understanding of logistics, tax, and customs regulations.
• Working knowledge of Tier-1 ERP systems alongside practical exposure to lean or production planning methods.
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills to manage tight timelines and changing market demands.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related discipline.
