Job summary
We are hiring up to 5 freelance Recruitment Consultants (ASAP) to grow employer sales and manage helper placements end to end. This is a 100% commission-based role: no office attendance required, but you must visit employers’ homes for handovers when a placement is confirmed.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close employer enquiries for MDW hiring
• Understand family needs and recommend suitable helpers
• Source and coordinate helpers, including through Indonesian-side channels
• Arrange interviews and manage the placement process through to confirmation
• Conduct home handovers and briefings with employers (and helpers where needed)
• Handle after-sales follow-up to keep placements stable
• Meet personal placement / sales targets on a commission basis

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen only
• Valid CEI Basic All license (must have)
• Comfortable with sales, targets, and 100% commission income (no basic salary)
• Self-driven; able to work independently without reporting to an office
• Willing to travel to employers’ homes for handovers
