We’re Hiring: Project Engineer

Location: East, Singapore

Employment Type: Contract | 1+ Year

Experience: 3+ years relevant project experience

We are looking for a proactive Project Engineer to support the delivery of engineering and infrastructure projects, covering project coordination, site supervision, installation, testing & commissioning, and handover activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project submissions, specifications, drawings, test procedures and method statements.
• Supervise site installation, testing & commissioning, integration, defect rectification and handover.
• Coordinate with contractors, project teams and stakeholders to resolve technical and site issues.
• Monitor project schedules, progress and deliverables, and provide regular updates to Management.
• Supervise fibre optic routing, cable/network equipment installation, testing and commissioning.
• Support troubleshooting of network configuration, communication, connectivity and system integration issues.
• Attend project meetings, follow up on action items and support process improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer, Network, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant project experience, preferably in engineering, network or fibre optic projects.
• Experience coordinating contractors and project stakeholders for installation, upgrading or implementation works.
• Knowledge of work permits, site access and stakeholder coordination is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD/BIM experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, work flexible/night hours when required and travel between office and project sites.
