We are hiring for permanent positions on New Graduate ACE, a structured rotational program designed for young talents to develop leadership capabilities and broaden functional exposure, strengthening NXP’s succession pipeline through hands-on job experiences and a comprehensive learning and development curriculum.

Seeking for:

• Fresh Graduates or with not more than 2 years’ work experience
• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum CGPA 3.0, majoring in Engineering field
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Active involvement in extra Co-curricular activities
• Strong leadership skills and confident
• Ability to work well independently and in a team
