We’re Hiring: Freelance Preschool STEAM Facilitators

SparksMag is looking for warm, energetic and reliable facilitators to join our Little Innovators preschool enrichment programme from January 2027.

Little Innovators is a hands-on STEAM programme for N1–K2 children. Through guided building, exploring and problem-solving activities, children develop creativity, confidence, communication and teamwork.

What you’ll do:

• Facilitate 45-minute STEAM sessions at preschools

• Guide children through hands-on building and exploration

• Create a positive, engaging and well-managed classroom environment

• Set up and pack programme materials before and after each class

• Deliver SparksMag’s prepared lesson plans and activities

We’re looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working with children aged approximately 3–6 years old

• Is confident, expressive and comfortable managing a preschool class

• Has experience in early childhood education, enrichment, facilitation or related work

• Is dependable and able to commit to confirmed weekly sessions during a school term

• Is available on weekday afternoons and evenings, generally between 3.30pm and 6.30pm

• Is currently based in Singapore and able to travel to assigned preschools

Freelance rate: S$50 per hour

Training, lesson plans and programme materials will be provided.

This is a paid freelance, ad-hoc position with opportunities for recurring assignments. Relevant early childhood qualifications or classroom experience would be an advantage.
