Full Time LOGISTIC EXECUTIVE Jobs, in DYNASTY SYNERGY SDN BHD Pahang - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily truck dispatches, collection schedules, delivery routes, and transportation arrangements.
• Monitor driver movements and follow up on delivery and collection progress.
• Coordinate with drivers, field teams, transporters, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Assist in resolving daily operational issues such as vehicle breakdowns, driver shortages, delays, and route or access problems.
• Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, driver overtime, and transportation costs.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, trip details, weighbridge records, delivery transactions, and fuel usage.
• Follow up on vehicle maintenance, road tax, insurance, permits, and other relevant vehicle documentation.
• Ensure drivers comply with company procedures, road safety requirements, and transportation regulations.
• Assist in coordinating with 3PL transporters and monitor their service performance and rates.
• Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports and provide updates to management.
• Perform other logistics and operational duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, fleet coordination, or related operations.
• Candidates with experience in plantation logistics, agriculture, or heavy vehicle operations will have an added advantage.
• Possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiar with basic GPS, vehicle tracking, WhatsApp, and other smartphone-based communication tools.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and handle a fast-paced and demanding working environment.
• Practical, responsible, and proactive in handling daily operational issues.
• Willing to work closely with drivers and field operations.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel when required.
