We're Hiring: ICT Operations Support Engineer!

We are looking for a skilled ICT Operations Support Engineer to join our team in Singapore. If you have hands-on experience in IT operations, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise systems, we want to hear from you! You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, resolving technical issues, and maintaining high service standards.

Role: ICT Operations Support Engineer

• Manage ICT service requests, incidents and operational support within agreed SLAs.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and workplace technologies.
• Support user onboarding/offboarding, account and access management.
• Manage endpoint provisioning, software installation and ICT asset records.
• Coordinate with vendors, MSPs and GovTech for service fulfilment.
• Monitor vendor performance, service reports and outstanding requests.
• Support ICT governance, audit, cybersecurity and compliance activities.
• Maintain operational documentation, records and audit trails.
  
  

• Around 4 years of relevant experience in IT Operations, IT Administration or Workplace Support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID/Active Directory.
• Experience with ServiceNow/ITSM, incident and service request management.
• Experience in user onboarding/offboarding and access administration.
• Experience in endpoint provisioning and asset management.
• Experience coordinating with vendors/MSPs.
• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Familiarity with WOG ICT processes and government ICT support environments is preferred.
