Full Time Senior Application Support Engineer Jobs, in TalentHunt Consultancy Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for a Senior Application Support to join our team and support key business applications across the organisation. This role is primarily focused on Application Support, with additional responsibilities in Project Implementation & Automation, followed by Data & Reporting.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Application Support – Primary Focus

• Provide system and functional support for key business applications, including ERP, SCM, Batching Plant systems, softphone systems and other online applications.
• Troubleshoot application and system issues and provide timely support to end users.
• Support daily application operations and assist users with system-related queries.
• Understand business workflows and translate user requirements into appropriate system solutions.
• Provide user training and guidance to improve system adoption and efficiency.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors where required to resolve application issues.

Project Implementation & Automation

• Assist in planning, coordinating and implementing application-related projects.
• Support system enhancements, implementation and integration initiatives.
• Work with business users and relevant stakeholders to ensure projects meet operational requirements and timelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and digital tools.
• Explore and promote the use of tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, PowerApps, Copilot, ChatGPT and AI Builder to improve operational efficiency.

Data & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain management, operational and ad-hoc reports.
• Extract and analyse business data using SQL to support business and operational requirements.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and data visualisations.
• Analyse data to identify trends, issues and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support data processing, reporting and integration between business systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Application Support, ERP/SCM Support or a related business application environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting ERP/SCM systems.
• Good working knowledge of SQL / SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle or similar databases.
• Experience in troubleshooting application/system issues and supporting functional users.
• Understanding of business processes and application workflows.
• Experience with Power BI and reporting/dashboard development.
• Exposure to ETL, data processing or system integration is an advantage.
• Experience with Power Automate, PowerApps or other automation/digital tools is an advantage.
• Basic programming/Python knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to travel when required.
