Full Time Warehouse Customer Service Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in MK Global Auto Resources Selangor - Maukerja

• Handle and coordinate customer service activities related to warehouse operations and shipments.
• Manage B2C shipments, including online orders from platforms such as Lazada, Shopee and TikTok.
• Monitor order status, shipment arrangements and delivery issues.
• Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and shipment-related issues professionally.
• Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation.
• Perform other duties related to warehouse customer service as assigned.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• Computer literate and able to learn and use WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• Experience in B2C shipment handling, particularly Lazada, Shopee or TikTok orders, is preferred.
• Willing to work on shift when required, especially during double-digit promotional events (e.g. 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12).
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
