THE ROLE

Marketing at CÉ LA VI isn’t one lane — it’s the whole road. As Marketing Executive, you’ll take campaigns from idea to execution across digital, content, PR, partnerships and guest communications, then stand on the floor at the event you built and watch it land. Working within a team and reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll partner closely with Reservations and Operations to turn brand awareness into real bookings because here, marketing is measured by what walks through the door. And the brand you’re marketing is home-grown — established in Singapore before opening around the world.

• Hold a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline

• Bring 2–4 years of generalist marketing experience — digital, content, PR and events, not just one of them

• Know your way around digital channels: website, SEO, paid social and email campaigns

• Write and brief copy that stays true to a brand voice, whether it’s a press release or a landing page

• Are hands-on at events — set-up, guest management, troubleshooting, and the hours that come with it

• Think commercially and can show what a campaign delivered: traffic, conversion, bookings, ROI

• Have experience with CRM, social media and content management systems (preferred)

• Genuine breadth — brand, digital, PR, partnerships, events and guest experience in one role

• Real ownership of campaigns and on-property events from concept through to execution

• Close mentorship from the Senior Marketing Manager within a tight five-person team

• Direct exposure to media, agencies and partners across Singapore’s hospitality scene
